About Me

My name is Ivan Smadych, and I am the Principal Architect and founder of Smadych Architects. Since 2012, I have successfully combined my work as a licensed Chief Project Architect with my role as an Associate Professor (PhD) at the Institute of Architecture and Construction of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Ukraine.

In 2017, I founded Smadych Architects out of a desire to unite academic research and practical architectural experience. The goal was — and remains — to create unique architectural solutions around the world that reflect our clients’ needs, styles, and values. My ambition goes beyond meeting current expectations — I strive to anticipate and support each client’s future aspirations and long-term growth.

I am deeply committed to engaging with cultural and stylistic diversity, ensuring that every project we deliver is both unique and aesthetically refined.

Today, Smadych Architects operates as a fully remote architectural studio, with completed projects across the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia.

Our clients include private individuals, families, property owners, architecture and construction firms, investors, and NGOs, all united by one goal: to receive high-quality architectural solutions that fully reflect their unique needs.
