Duplex in British Columbia
Location
British Columbia, Canada
About the Project
A four-story duplex designed for the Silverstar ski resort. Our task was to create functional multi-level housing that maximizes the use of the site’s topography and provides comfortable living for two families with direct access to ski slopes.

Solution
We designed a compact duplex with vertical zoning, where each unit occupies half of the building across all four floors. The architecture combines contemporary alpine style using wood and dark accents. Spacious balconies and terraces provide connection with the natural environment and mountain views.
Key Features
Planning
Vertical zoning with garage, bedrooms, common areas, and sky room
Materials
Wood cladding with dark metal accents
Recreation
Spacious balconies with mountain views and access to ski trails
Functionality
Separate entrances, garages, and complete set of living zones for each family
Result
A contemporary alpine duplex perfectly suited for ski resort vacations. Each unit provides complete comfort for family getaways with direct access to winter recreation and stunning mountain views.
The project includes detailed plans of all floors, site plan, and technical documentation.
