Residential House in Canada
Location

Solution
We radically reimagined the house’s architecture, preserving the basic basement structure while completely updating the facades and planning. The new concept combines traditional American elements with contemporary design: white walls contrast with dark window frames and natural stone. Expanding the rear part of the house created additional space and improved connection with the garden.
Key Features
Architectural transformation
Complete facade renovation using contemporary materials and color scheme. The contrast of white walls, dark metal roofs, and natural stone creates an elegant modern appearance.
Planning solutions
Expansion of living areas in the rear part of the house with large glass surfaces and open terraces. New planning provides better functionality and connection with the landscape.
Result
Successful transformation of an outdated house into a contemporary family residence that organically fits into the prestigious neighborhood near Boston. The project demonstrates the possibilities of radical renovation of existing housing while preserving the contours of the original building.
